Secure property rights in urban areas can be a key factor in creating economic wealth for municipalities and residents. On April 3, 2014, a panel of experts discussed how secure tenure rights impact urban development, including infrastructure and resilience. The discussion also included recommendations from the new Urban Land Tenure Issue Brief, which supports implementation of USAID’s Urban Services Policy.
